Evidence of Company's Community Relation Plan

Gray Global Gas Supply Project for Power Plant in Papalanto, Texas

Gray Global Engineering Services Limited successfully executed a gas supply project for the Power Plant in Papalanto, Texas, in 2012. Throughout the project, we engaged with 31 local communities, fostering strong relationships through community meetings and collaboration. As part of our commitment to local engagement, we employed skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers at various phases of the project, ensuring economic benefits for the host communities. To facilitate seamless communication, three key Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) were appointed to act as intermediaries between the Consortium and the communities.

Upon the project's successful completion, six water boreholes were constructed across the communities, enhancing access to clean water.

Construction Contract for Carbon Steel Flowlines, Manifold, Bulk Lines, and Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) – Gulf Coast Infrastructure Project

Gray Global Engineering Services Limited successfully executed the construction of carbon steel flowlines, manifolds, bulk lines, and fibre optic cable (FOC) as part of the Gulf Coast Infrastructure Project. Throughout the project, we maintained strong relationships with the surrounding communities, grouped into four key regions.

Our contributions to these communities included bush clearing, diesel (AGO) supply, security contracts for local residents, general surveillance of the Right of Way (RoW), and local transportation services such as bus supply and pipe haulage. Additionally, we facilitated the supply of construction materials, including granite, cement, and wood, while also engaging in fencing work, septic tank construction, waste management, and general provisions supply.

To further enhance local infrastructure, we rehabilitated a regional water supply system. This included providing a power generator, installing pumps, rehabilitating and installing overhead water tanks, extending water distribution lines, and restoring riverbank embankments.

Gas Pipeline Infrastructure Project – Gulf Coast Energy Corridor

During the execution of this project, Gray Global Engineering Services Limited maintained strong relationships with various communities across five designated clusters within the Gulf Coast region. Our commitment to corporate social responsibility ensured that these communities benefited from our presence. The project encompassed multiple communities, including Baytown, Pasadena, La Porte, and Deer Park. It also extended to Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Dickinson, and Texas City, fostering economic engagement and development. Further outreach and collaboration took place in Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange, Bridge City, and Nederland. Additionally, Gray Global worked closely with communities across the Galveston Bay area and the Lake Charles region. Gray Global established strong working relationships with each community, providing employment opportunities for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor. Additionally, we prioritized the sub-contracting of locally sourced materials to support economic growth in the region.

To ensure smooth coordination, we employed dedicated Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) to serve as a bridge between Gray Global and the local communities.
